very upset! - Buxton Bag

My daughter purchased for me one of the buxton bag s, when I recieved it it was a damaged product, we returned it and paid shipping and got another bag, low and behold a few weeks later the threading started to unravel and I had another bad bag from buxton. I am disabled an have trouble carrying a bag, bad choice to buy a buxton Thought it would be my solution. very dissapointed, April Ramon 310 Brook Dr #2 78009
